BuildingBlock provides a communication platform for homebuilders to send automated buyer updates. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
BuildingBlock is offered on a monthly subscription basis with a one-time setup fee. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use BuildingBlock to send spam, harass recipients, violate any applicable laws, or transmit harmful or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
BuildingBlock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuildingBlock Technology LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
BuildingBlock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildingBlock Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
